Shipping

We only ship within Australia.

Shipping is provided by Australia Post. Cost is automatically calculated at checkout based on the dimensions and weight of the products and the delivery address. While all care is taken to ensure the shipping quoted is accurate, we may occasionally make a mistake and need to revise the shipping cost. If this happens, we’ll let you know and give you the option of paying an additional fee or refunding and canceling your order.

If you elect to have your parcel “safe dropped” (also called ATL – Authority to leave the parcel unattended), we will not offer a replacement for missing or damaged items under any circumstances.

Dispatch Time

We pack and dispatch orders during our normal business hours from Monday through to Sunday. If you place an order online we endeavour to pack it and dispatch it with Australia Post as quickly as possible. Delivery times estimated during the checkout refer to courier transit time and doesn’t account for picking and packing your order, so please allow us time to pack the order and have it dispatched.
